After almost 3 years of hope, sweat, and tears, I can finally say today is the day that The Oh She Glows Cookbook hits shelves across North America! Because I sure can’t. This journey has been filled with many ups and downs, but I couldn’t be more grateful that I kept the faith in this project. Without a doubt, this book wouldn’t have happened without your support and encouragement! You were the ones who planted the cookbook seed in my mind many years ago. Only then did I actually think that maybe it wasn’t so far out of the realm of possibilities.
